Your daily contribution: Enable supplier quality by maintaining qualifications, conducting training, and performing inspections. Support suppliers in conducting inspections according to standards, including training and documentation. Analyze quality notifications and inspection planning; monitor and report on supplier performance. Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformities and verify corrective measures. Participate in supplier audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives (8D, RCA). Ensure quality assurance through Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) and maintain records. Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and QC teams for seamless integration. Create and maintain training documents and manuals, manage certifications, and handle exceptions.
