Fachliche Verantwortung für das operative Controlling der Intamin-Gruppe am Hauptstandort in Schaan Projekt-Controlling inkl. Erstellen des gesamthaften projektbezogenen Reportings Erstellung der periodischen Auswertungen; Durchführung von Analysen; Agieren als Sparringpartner von Entscheidungsträgern Weiterentwicklung des Reportings Analyse des finanziellen Reportings der ausländischen Ländereinheiten, fachliche Betreuung sowie Mitarbeit in den laufenden Prozessoptimierungen Unterstützung des Trade Finance Teams oder des Accounting-Teams Mitarbeit bei Projektausschreibungen in Bezug auf finanzielle Fragestellungen Übernahme von Ad-hoc Aufgaben und Analysen

WHAT ARE YOUR TASK IN THIS ROLE? Elaboration of budgets and budget estimates for technical sales Analysis of client's technical requirements and implementation Working closely together with ride designers and project engineers to share / achieve global technical understanding of ride systems – including estimation of relevant inputs for budgeting such as structure volume, motor sizing, power consumption, etc. Communication with suppliers to achieve required budgeting accuracy Elaboration of preliminary documentation / technical sketches for communication with customers, suppliers and other departments Further structuring and defining processes to establish future budget tasks; monitoring of price evolution of key components Support of sales department for the elaboration of technical proposals

Bearbeitung von weltweiten Ersatzteilaufträgen Das Bearbeitungsspektrum umfasst: Anfragen, Offerten, Bestellungen, Auftragsbestätigung & Versand Abklärungen mit internem technischem Support bei speziellen Ersatzteilanfragen Überwachung der Ersatzteilaufträge und deren termingerechter Auslieferung Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Spediteuren Abwicklung von Exportsendungen (Exportdokumente erstellen, Transporte organisieren)

Führen der Finanz-, Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung einer Gruppengesellschaft Erstellen von Zahlungsläufen und Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen Kontenabstimmung mit Kunden und Lieferanten sowie Intercompany Abstimmungen und interne Verrechnungen Vorbereitung des Jahresabschluss nach PGR Stellvertretungsaufgaben innerhalb des Buchhaltungsteams und bei Bedarf Untersützung in den Nebenbüchern weiterer Gruppengesellschaften Erstellen von MWST-Abrechnungen für FL und EU-Länder

Your group will be part of Intamin Parts & Services and will be essential to the success and image of Intamin as a supplier of sustainable and relieable refurbishment solutions in the market. WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS IN THIS ROLE? Lead and Support Team: Lead and support a team of engineers who assist customers by addressing and resolving technical issues. Oversee the project management of refubishing old installations to ensure timely and effective completion Customer Care and Issue Resolution: Provide exceptional customer care by proposing and implementing solutions to technical issues. Maintain positive relationship with customers through regular contact, support and courtesy visits Internal Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the team and with other departments, including water/ coaster/thrill ride departments, calculation, designers and sales, to ensure seamless operations and solutions Technical Support and Evaluation: Offer technical support to both the team and customers by conducting thorough evaluations to determine the feasibility, safety, costs, and schedule for potential technical solutions or equipment renovations. Ensure all aspects are carefully considered and addressed Commercial Relationship Management: Assist the team in managing commercial relationship with customers by providing well-founded proposals and negotiating final intervention price to ensure mutually beneficial agreements Order Coordination: Take responsibility for coordinating orders with suppliers and internally for commercial aspects, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
