• Support of product development projects in close cooperation with the engineering team with focus on mechanics
• Preparation and maintenance of manufacturing drawings, parts lists, and technical documentation
• Review and optimize manufacturability with manufacturing departments, supplier quality engineers and project buyers.
• Technical support in case of quality problems
• Cooperation in an interdisciplinary team

What you will need:

• General interest in engineering
• Completed professional training as a Design Engineer and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Technical background, preferably in mechanical engineering
• Several years of work experience as a Development Engineer (3+ years)
• Experience in CAD systems, preferably Siemens NX
• User knowledge of ERP and PLM systems
• Independent by nature, well organized
